Delivery Terms & Conditions
Orders are despatched to the following destinations:
- UK
Shipping costs are dependent on weight, and are built into the Spice Harmony shopping basket.
Orders to any other destinations cannot be processed through the website; please contact info@spiceharmonyfood.com with details of order and destination.
Delivery Policy
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery address/details for the order are correct. Spice Harmony cannot accept any responsibility or costs for non-delivery to the intended recipient or losses in such circumstances.
Ensuring that the recipient is going to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery remains the responsibility of the customer. Spice Harmony cannot accept responsibility or costs incurred in such circumstances e.g. recipient being on holiday etc, on day of delivery.
Orders
Are accepted by us on the understanding that the terms and conditions have been understood and accepted by you.
Payments
Payments will only be accepted through the online payment system provided, namely bank account transfers, or via Paypal.
Claims
Any claims for breakages or other damage must be made in writing to Spice Harmony within 3 days of delivery. All goods and packages that are subject to a claim must be accompanied by photographic evidence.
Liability
Our liability, in any circumstance and whatsoever the consequences, relating to any
parcel ordered is limited to the invoice value of the parcel itself.
Cancelled Orders
Customers have the no-obligation right to cancel an order within fourteen working days from the day after goods have been delivered. Customers will be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, provided that the goods are returned in the same saleable condition and the Customer will be responsible for the cost of postage to return the goods to Spice Harmony.
